These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.rjltd.in (the "Website") and every purchase you make from Rokde Jewellers Limited, Nagpur ("Rokde Jewellers", "we", "us"). By browsing the Website, placing an order online or purchasing at any of our stores, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to transact on the Website. If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
All gold jewellery sold by Rokde Jewellers is BIS-hallmarked and all solitaire diamonds are certified by independent laboratories such as IGI. Product prices are linked to the prevailing market rates of gold, silver and platinum and may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed. Making charges, stone charges and GST are shown separately on the product page and invoice. While we take great care to display accurate weights, dimensions and images, minor variations inherent to handcrafted jewellery may occur.
An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and an order confirmation is issued by us. We accept major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking and other methods displayed at checkout. In compliance with Indian tax regulations, PAN details are required for purchases above the prescribed limits. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or non-availability, in which case the amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Orders are shipped fully insured through our secure logistics partners as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery against valid ID proof of the recipient.
Returns, exchanges and buyback of jewellery are governed by our Return Policy, Exchange Policy and Buyback Policy respectively, which form part of these Terms.
All content on the Website — designs, images, logos, text and product photography — is the property of Rokde Jewellers and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rokde Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the Website or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of the Website or any purchase from us.
