Every Rokde Jewellers order is packed in tamper-evident, discreet packaging and shipped fully insured until the moment it is delivered into your hands. We ship across India through trusted, secure logistics partners specialised in valuables.
In-stock jewellery is dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and customised pieces (including engraved and Build Your Own jewellery) take 10–15 business days to craft before dispatch. Once dispatched, metro cities are typically delivered in 2–3 business days and the rest of India in 4–7 business days. Timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays and may extend during festivals or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping and insurance are complimentary on all orders. No hidden charges are added at checkout.
Because jewellery is high-value, our courier will deliver only to the registered recipient against a valid government photo ID and OTP verification. Please ensure someone authorised is available at the delivery address; after three failed attempts the shipment returns to our vault and our team will contact you to reschedule.
A tracking link is shared on SMS, WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track every order from the My Orders section of your account.
Prefer to collect in person? Choose Store Pickup at checkout and collect your order from your selected Rokde Jewellers store once you receive the ready-for-pickup notification, carrying the order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
Please do not accept a package whose seal appears broken or tampered. Refuse the delivery and inform us immediately at customerservice@rjltd.in or 1800-268-1010 — a replacement will be arranged at no cost after verification.
