Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If a piece isn't right, Rokde Jewellers offers a transparent, no-quibble exchange programme across our stores and online.

Exchange Window

Jewellery purchased online or in-store can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged and accompanied by the original invoice and certificates (BIS hallmark tag, IGI/solitaire certificate where applicable).

Exchange Value

Gold value is exchanged at 100% of the prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange for the hallmarked purity of your piece. Diamond and stone value is exchanged at 100% of the invoice stone value when exchanged against a piece of equal or higher value. Making charges of the original purchase are adjusted as per the scheme applicable at the time of purchase.

How to Exchange

Walk into any Rokde Jewellers store with the piece, invoice and certificates — our team will evaluate the jewellery in front of you and credit the exchange value against your new selection. For online orders you can also raise an exchange request from My Orders or by calling 1800-268-1010, and we will arrange insured pickup.

Refunds

For eligible online returns under the Return Policy, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the piece passing quality verification at our facility. Amounts paid via schemes, gift cards or vouchers are refunded to the same instrument.

Exceptions

Customised, engraved and made-to-order jewellery, gold coins and bars, and pieces altered by a third-party jeweller are not eligible for exchange or refund. Solitaires are exchanged against their certificate; loose certificates without the original mount cannot be accepted.
