Return Policy

Shopping for fine jewellery online should feel as safe as buying at our Nagpur flagship. That's why every eligible Rokde Jewellers online purchase is covered by a 15-day money-back return promise.

15-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, return the piece within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the invoice value. The jewellery must be unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging, with the invoice, BIS hallmark tag and all certificates intact.

How It Works

Raise a return from the My Orders section of your account or call 1800-268-1010. We arrange a free, fully insured doorstep pickup — please hand the sealed package to our authorised logistics partner only. Once the piece reaches our facility it goes through quality verification (typically 3–5 business days), after which your refund is initiated to the original payment method and completes within 7–10 business days.

Not Eligible for Return

Customised, engraved and made-to-order jewellery (including Build Your Own pieces), gold coins and bars, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage are not eligible for return. In-store purchases are covered by our Exchange Policy and Buyback Policy instead of cash returns.

Our Quality Promise

Every piece is quality-checked twice before dispatch. In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at customerservice@rjltd.in — a replacement or full refund, including reverse shipping, will be arranged immediately after verification.
